We had a nice stay at this family friendly hotel. Communication was prompt and easy. The staff was super friendly, the rooms comfortable and clean with a lot of storage space and a nice balcony with a good view. The food (we had half-board) was plentyful and very good. The area is lovely for walks and excursions. There is a small swimming lake a 10 minutes drive away. There is a good playground at the hotel and safe for children to be out playing. We can recommend this hotel for both young and old guests.

Located in Neuberg an der Mürz and only 15 km from Rax, Haus Schweighofer provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking.

I had such a wonderful experience at Alpenpension Ristorante Pizzeria! The owner is incredibly warm and thoughtful. She even gave me a piece of her beautiful, giant Monstera—and when she said, “I’m giving it to you from the bottom of my heart,” I was genuinely touched. Such a kind gesture that speaks volumes about her character. She’s very hands-on and truly cares about her guests—both in the restaurant and in the pension house. You can really feel that everything she does comes from the heart, whether it’s the food, the service, or the cozy and unique rooms. Speaking of food… her Italian dishes are absolutely 5 stars! ⭐️🌟👌 Authentic, flavorful, and clearly made with love.
