Perfect location for purpose of visiting race track, Circuit Spa Franchorchamps. Can’t say thank you enough to the lovely hosts who delivered first class service with such personal warmth and humbleness. The breakfast was so delicious. We got to choose a timeframe for breakfast and the hosts made fresh coffee and eggs when seated at the table. Bread, pastries, Cold cuts, cheeses and fresh fruit bowls - so good. My and my son stayed here for purpose of Formula 1, and the breakfast and the view are things that really stuck to his memories and what he talks about.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at this pool house with my wife. The heated pool was absolutely perfect. the temperature was just right and made swimming really enjoyable. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, everything was smooth and well taken care of. We absolutely loved our stay at Blackroom in Theux. The apartment was spotless and really tastefully decorated. The owners were super friendly and made us feel very welcome from the start. What really stood out was the personal touch, especially the homemade breakfast, which was such a thoughtful treat. It made the experience feel extra special. The hot tub and fireplace created the perfect atmosphere for a romantic getaway. It was exactly what we needed to relax and unwind.
