So much to love about this place… Super well organized and run. The communication prior to the stay was fantastic… Very complete, very prompt, all questions answered well.. and then the attention once I arrived was also super, answering questions and giving guidance about the city… My contact for both was Paula, and I really appreciated her help and hospitality The room itself was designed in a very clever way… power plugs and shelves in all the right places, indirect lighting to make it more chill, comfy bed, and a great shower. And the shared spaces were very nice too – well equipped kitchen, comfortable seating areas, and everyone I met was very nice and sociable, making it very comfortable and providing the kind of special moments that we hope for when we travel. Would very happily recommend this place to others

We struck lucky with this one. Great location and super clean, simple and comfortable. Really good value for money when compared with other hotels in Santiago. We think it may be brand new because everything looked new and didn't see any previous reviews. There's an octopus restaurant next to it which, if we had more time, we would have tried out; someone we met on the other side of town recommended that place.

Everything about this place was special. It was an amazing experience to stay there. Our host was friendly and generous. There is a bus no. 4 from the centre of Santiago to reach it - make sure to ask the host where to find its stop. If you are travelling in a wheelchair, keep in mind that the bus has no ramp and is not accessible.

Very cute building with comfortable rooms, though a little bit on the smaller side. Very convenient, central location but keep in mind the church bells ring every 30 minutes throughout the day and night. You might also hear the enthusiastic party goers who also celebrate all night long :)
