The setting is wonderful. The family warm and genuinely welcoming. .the hostess is an excellent cook who makes her own preserves, pate, cured meats, etcetera. I recommend dinner if possible.i am recommending this to all my friends.

The apartment was lovely and spacious. Alicia was delightful and very helpful. Our delicious breakfast was delivered to our apartment which was perfect as we wanted to leave early on our hike.

The property is situated off the beaten track in a quiet village. Superb location and the most wonderful views. The hosts are so generous to welcome guests to use the facilities at their home including the pool, garden and outdoor pétanque. Everything is fastidiously clean. The interior is delightful with many curios and interesting pieces around which make it feel very welcoming. Guests are welcomed to come and go as they please.

Only 5kms along the Camino. A good spot to shorten the journey up and over the Pyrenees. The view was amazing....looking out over Saint Jean Pied de Port and the other towns. A balcony to sit and admire the views. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The bed comfortable and the meal delicious.
