Loved the back patio. We enjoyed sitting out in the evening by candlelight. Even had blankets to wrap up in when it got chilly. Our host drove us to town and made sure we knew which bus to catch to get us back to the property.

The property is wonderfully modern, with smart decor, without feeling out of place in St Ives. Our room was clean and came with all amenities and appliances we may need for our stay over the weekend. It may look like quite the distance, but with the shortcut beside, it only took 10 minutes for a nice walk to the beachfront. Both Dan and Lorena were very friendly, welcoming and eager to answer any queries or questions we might of had.

Located just around the corner from the train station and near the town center made this a perfect place for our St. Ives exploration. Our host was very gracious and friendly and offered us our choice of 2 rooms. Loved the decor, and breakfast was delicious.

Location, location, location! Location is excellent. Easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and beach. Proprietor was welcoming and had given restaurant recommendations. I would definitely stay again.
