The are multiple hiking trails accessible from the accommodation and also from Grasmere more generally. The cleanliness of the accommodation was incredibly high. The pillows and bed were incredibly comfortable. I appreciated little extras such as a mini fridge, kettle, teas and biscuits. Michael was a lovely host who provided lots of information on hiking trials and good spots to eat. Very friendly and kind. No charge for the dogs. Loved that we had our own entrance into our accommodation. Immaculately clean. Super cosy. Bedroom was separate to the living area. Only a few minutes walk to the centre of Grasmere. We chose the breakfast option on booking which we had at the local pub that is owned by the same people. The breakfast was lovely.
