The room was cosy and tucked away from the main road. The landlady was super helpful and very kind. The muffins on arrival were a kind gesture and they were delicious. It's very easy to get there on foot from Seaton so it's a great option for accommodation on your way exploring Jurassic Coast. 2 minutes away there's a bus stop for the Jurassic Coaster bus. I would stay again.

I had a wonderful stay; the room was spotless, well appointed, quiet and had a gorgeous view. Ruth and Phil were friendly, attentive and generous hosts. The breakfasts were superb and gave me a fantastic start to the day. The location was great - it was a short, pleasant walk into Lyme Regis along the River Lym. I would definitely recommend the Charnwood Guest House.
