St Leonards is spotlessly clean. Our family room for 3 was lovely, bright and spacious. Pat the owner has a fully stocked ‘Honesty’ bar, with a beautiful terrace outside for evening drinks. Pat has thought of everything you need. This being our first time to the IOW, Pat was happy to guide us on where to visit. she is a mindful of local information.

Free parking (which is expensive in most other places), comfy bed, good quality furnishings, lovely little touches such as a microwave, pod coffee machine which we didnt use as we ate out, and a much thanked for fridge to chill drinks in. Dan is a very friendly host. He made us feel at home. Bedrooms are very confortable. All is super clean! We loved staying there with our 2 kids after having cycled around Isle of Wight. We loved the location too, only a few steps to the seaside. Dan gave us good tips for a very nice pub at sunset and for restaurants. We would definitely come back in the future!

Very comfortable room - lots of powerpoints, TV, hot drinks and snacks. And I especially appreciated the little bottle of fresh milk for tea/coffee each day. Nice touches in the decor, little Buddhas in the potted plants in the bathroom summed up the care put into this accommodation.
