The room was clean and smelled fresh , newly refurbished. Instructions were sent before the check-in date. Feels like being home, even had an iron, bed was comfy. There was a toilet downstairs and a bathroom upstairs both shared with other guests. The kitchen is shared as well.

everything was absolutely perfect. the room was so comfortable, and clear. the staff was so helpfull. they were so kind and lovely. the pub under serves great beer. the staff was so kind and thoughtfull that even if the pub closes at 9pm, they waited for us for more than half an hour because we were drinking and wanted to stay more. It was a great atmosfere.

U liked everything, they provided shower gels and shampoos even though we had our own with us. The room was comfortable, only the bed was quite small but cool. Fortunately we were the only ones in the apartment so it felt just like home. Would stay there again and would recommend

We booked 2 rooms both very clean and comfortable my two 18yr old grandsons were in attic conversion only thing wrong with it they had to go down 2 floors for toilet facilities while our room had shower and toilet. I definitely would use this accommodation again .very comfortable and clean .

Great stay! The apartment was very clean and comfortable, just a short walk to Staffordshire University and only 0.5 miles from the town center. The host was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

    The friendly welcome and hospitality of the owner Ken. The room was very pleasant, clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. We were also made to feel very welcome in the bar by the locals! Would stay again when we return to the area.

    Our host was welcoming, with a genuinely warm manner & couldn't be more helpful. The room was excellent. Spacious, very clean & tidy. The bed comfy. The communal kitchen & breakfast set-up was well thought through, prepared & laid out for all the guests. The locals frequenting the bar were very respectful at stop tap & at closing up, when they were leaving. Parking in the street alongside the accommodation was more than adequate
