This was a magical and amazing place to spend our vacation. We fell in love with everything. Xenia is one of the best, top 3 places we have been and we are travelling a lot. Everything was perfect for a perfect experience. My stay at this accommodation was outstanding! Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the rooms were very comfortable and pleasant. The staff was extremely kind and always smiling, ready to help in any situation. The food was excellent – high quality, delicious, and with plenty of variety. I especially want to highlight how attentive and helpful they were when I had car trouble – they immediately stepped in and helped me find a mechanic, which meant a lot to me. I’m truly grateful for everything! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, comfort, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Pet-friendly hotel and owner! Impeccably clean rooms. Hotel is located in a quiet street, 3 min walk from the beach (with crystal clear blue water) and the local cafe/ snack bar. Kostas, the owner, is a very welcoming, polite, helpful person who caters for every need. Extra bonus the ladies who clean the rooms, so lovely and polite! We highly recommend this hotel and the village of Rovies!
