The food in the tavern was DELICIOUS! It is run by a family, from grandpa to grandson, and they are all more than kind. The view from the room was also great (sea & mountain). 10 min walk to Preveli Beach. The surrounding area was also great, especially the centuries old olive yards. Next to it is a small market where you can find all the necessary stuff. Small beach in front, but I would recommend to go either to Preveli or, if by car, to some other beaches nearby. Nice terrace as well. Again, the tavern and the hospitality of the owners are great! Also the location and again, the people.

Very cozy place.I would called it a hidden gem.We really enjoyed our stay.The room is exceptionally clean,with amazing sea view.The rooms are just above the taverna,but never smelled for any food. We slept with an open balcony door to hear the sea waves.

Once again we visited Villa Thalassa, as promised. This time for 2 weeks. Again, it was extraordinary. They deserve more than 10/10.

very nice place, and a very hospitable host. The view from the balcony is great and the studio is very well equipped, and the place is in a very quiet location. 10 minutes walking distance from Damnoni beach and 20-25 from Plakias I can say that the host welcomed us very well with excellent homemade olive oil and the traditional Cretan raki. We definitely recommend the place especially for active people looking for peace and quiet, we would definitely stay there again.

the property is in a great location with great view and close to the beach. the house is fully renovated, super clean and equipped with everything. both Maria and Manolis were very polite and help full. we would definitely stay again when we visit Myrthios and strongly recommend this property.
