The location was fantastic, in the center of the old town, a few steps above the main road so it was quiet. The rooms are small but very clean and nicely decorated. Mrs. Viva who runs them is amazing, knowledgeable about everything, she suggested restaurants were great choices, she helped us find transportation to where we wanted to go, anything we needed and we texted her, she responded immediately and helped us with everything . I highly recommend it and consider it a great choice for someone who wants to go to Dubrovnik and stay in a great place, in the old town, with great service.

This boutique hotel impressed in every aspect. We were contacted up front and as soon as we arrived we were approached by the staff welcoming us knowing our name. Antonio who checked us in gave us a tour around the facilty explaining it all including what to see in and around Dubrovnik. The room itself was luxurious and had a charging station for all devices and a sound system. The bathroom had nice Rituals toiletries and was very large with a seperate design bathtub next to having a walk-in shower. The two infinity pools and private beach were top notch. The a la carte breakfast was unmatched! Superb quality and service (Ivan rocks!) completed by breathtaking views on sunny mornings, how lucky we were! As we booked half a year in advance we even had a rate which was very competitive. Can't praise this place enough and we'l be back.

The apartment was in an excellent location, and very comfortable. The heated floors, and bath products made the stay luxurious. Dubrovka, and her family are outstanding hosts, and helped acclimate me to the attractions, and gave helpful information, and suggestions. Spotless cleanilness, impeccable comfort, felt really like home. Great facilities even the minimal detail was considered with care (oil and vinegar, variety of utensils rarely provided by others). Room is like a 5 star hotel. Owners receive you better than a 5 star hotel. Parking space available right below the apartment if you're driving. THERE IS A NESPRESSO MACHINE in the room. It goes to show you how much they take care of the apartment. The beds were so comfortable and cozy There is also a cute balcony outside. Bathrooms are clean and the amenities are fantastic.
