We had an excellent stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. We were warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived, even with our dog. The staff were incredibly helpful and offered great recommendations for nearby dining options. Our room was clean and comfortable, featuring a large bed and a lovely balcony. The mini-kitchen and kettle in our room were very convenient, just as we expected when we booked. The internet connection was also top-notch. This is a great guesthouse just a few minutes away from the Romanian border. Everything is brand new here, and the hosts really put a lot of effort into renovating this historic house and getting it up to modern standard. I would say that the level of service and facilities in this guesthouse are far beyond what you would usually find in a small Hungarian town, let alone one that otherwise has little tourist infrastructure. So, this is a great place to stop if you are passing through the area. The hosts were very nice and helpful. There is a beautiful little garden. The apartment is conveniently located in a nice little town/village (Apatfalva) where you can take a walk, eat at a local Hungarian restaurant or stroll along the Maros river.

Close to everything, the Main (Széchenyi) square is about 10-15 minutes of walk from the place. The receptionIsts are nice and helpful. Rooms are clean, no issue with warm water, AC worked, and it cooled the room in a minute.
