There is a warung with delicious food and coffee tasting and an unbelievable view to the valley and the jungle. I liked each and everything about this place. The hosts are wonderful humans. Widi and his wife made sure we didn't have any problems during our stay. The place is so near to all major waterfalls in the area. Fiji, Sukumpul waterfall all are just 10 minutes by motorbike. Widi also arranges for the waterfall tour and gives much much much more reasonable price compared to what others offer there. Widi's place is huge. Trust me pictures on booking.com don't do justice to this place. Bathrooms are huge with hot water. It's simply beautiful. His wife prepares delicious food specially Chicken curry. We were served free breakfast every morning according to our convenient time. There is a small waterfall near to his place approximately 250 mtrs. You can enjoy a bath there too. I bought cloves from Widi's small farm. This family takes extra steps to take care of guests. They don't have regular staff as such and it's a family run homestay but I didn't feel even the slightest inconvenience about anything here. This is my fixed place now whenever I come to North Bali. They also offer pick up and drop services. I was also allowed to use their kitchen to make tea and coffee.

We had a great stay at villa Manuk. Villa Manuk is a very well maintained property, and also very comfortable. Besides that, it finds itself in one of the most beautiful area in Bali. The surroundings are incredible, many waterfalls in the area, easy to reach with a scooter from the villa. There are not many tourists here which gives you a sense of the local life. Made robot, our host of the villa, was so kind to go on a walk with us from the villa, and what a stunning ricefields, forest and village we have seen!! Hope to come back here one day.

The accommodation was absolutely wonderful! The owner and his sister were very kind and helpful, and communication was excellent. They even offered to set up a mosquito net over the bed, which we accepted just to be safe, though there weren’t many mosquitoes in the area. We also had access to a floral-scented insect spray, which was a lovely touch. The place was exceptionally clean and fragrant, which we hadn’t experienced often in the area. Dinner could be ordered and was delivered right to our terrace, and breakfast was provided as well. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with coffe/tea drink. We only stayed for one night but were able to leave our luggage at the homestay until the afternoon after we returned from visiting the waterfalls. The surroundings were peaceful and immersed in nature, just a short distance from the Fiji and Sekumpul waterfalls. If we had more time, I would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommended!

Beautiful homestay in a quiet village. Very close to Sekumpul and Fiji Waterfall. The place has an amazing view on a rice field and Mountains. Its the perfect place to relax and rewind. Staff was very sweet and food was also very good. The place also has a spa so you can get a massage a couple steps from your room. I recommend it to anyone that needs a quiet time away from the busy touristic places.

We really liked our stay here at Friendly Homestay. The owner made us feel very welcome and always made good breakfast. The fresh fruits were amazing. The massage we booked was the best we had in Bali. We also did the waterfall tour, really nice guide. If you like to be away from touristic trouble, it's a must to go there, definitely recommend!
