The location is amazing, the swimming pool with its panoramic view was fantastic, and the rustic vibe of the property was exactly what we needed to relax. There’s a full kitchen and fridge at your disposal, so you can cook meals or enjoy your own food and drinks. It really feels more like renting a home than just staying in accommodation. Our host, Yelena, was wonderful, very accommodating and flexible with our requests. The rooms and bathrooms are beautiful, and the views all around the property are the perfect finishing touch. Highly recommended! We would definitely come back if we are in the area.

Great location: close to the old town, easy to find free parking, at least in October. The room is in the charming old building, but renovated in a modern way with a good taste, and very well equipped. The shower was by far the best in this Italy trip (out of 4 different places). Self-service check-in and check-out worked great. We did not use the shared kitchen, but it looked nice as well.

Central location close to all the main sites. The room was spotlessly clean, warm and very comfortable. It was also nice to have tea and coffee provided in the room and a fridge. The host was very helpful and welcoming and gave great advice about good places to eat.

The building has just been renovated, all the furnishings in the room were new. The room is tastefully decorated and very clean. All guests can use the common kitchen, which has a refrigerator and other necessary things for cooking and eating. You can park your car in a nearby parking lot for free. There is a restaurant right next door. Definitely a good choice for several nights to explore the surrounding area. To top it off, the accommodation facility has a very pleasant host.

We had planned to stay one night in Siena and at the end we decided to stay one more night due the incredible welcome and facilities of this Guest House. The host is marvellous, really nice, polite, making sure everything is super ok with the guests. He makes this place a 5 stars. Water was always at our disposition, the cleaning is really good. 1m from the main square, beautiful window, comfortable bad… if we return to Siena we will stay here again.
