We had a wonderful time staying at this Guesthouse. All the staff is kind, friendly and ready to help if you need to ask something. We stayed there for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. They all speak English so there is no problem if you don't speak Japanese. The location is perfect, next to 2 stations, the bigger one, Shinagawa, and another one, smaller. You can go everywhere from there. In the nearby there are combini, supermarkets, restaurants, izakayas, sushi's and all the facilities. The guest house is clean and cozy, everyone is very friendly and helpful. We absolutely recommend this staying because is the best if you are going to Tokyo, for a long or a short holiday.

I has really surprised how this house looked like. It looked like brand new. All was in place and I was really happy to be there. The Host, she was really lovely person. There was a big fridge in the living room where you could drink beer for free, and eat for free. Besides that each rood had it's own fridge for personal usage. Sheets were changed once a week and new towels each 2-3 days. Host Lady was doing laundry each 3 days. The house was really close to the station. I do really recommend this place.

Really a whole apartment. Kitchen, Bath, Sleeping/Living room. And a rooftop terrace from which one could see and photograph the Tokyo Skytree. The operation is a self checkin one, but the staff is incredibly responsive to messages. I needed an unplanned stay and was able to reserve and get in within 30 minutes around 8pm on the day itself. Absolutely most responsive and helpful staff for not being onsite!

Located in an area that has some really good Ramen spots alongside the best convenience stores such as 7/11, Lawsons and Family Mart to name a few. The icing on the cake being that it's right next to Ryogokuyu Metro Line makes the commute easy. And the Room is well set up with all necessary amenities with an experience of Japanese style living.
