The location is insane ! It’s hidden in the woods and we were able to see some wildlife such as deers ! We definitely recommend this stay for the quality/price ratio.

Good location when walking Iseji to/from Kumanoshi. Small but clean and modern bathroom unit. Washing machine free use. Large room with two futons as in picture. Common area to relax in. Had an excellent dinner and solid breakfast. Friendly and helpful host.

The house itself is beautiful Japanese classic house, however all facilities are modern and clean!!! Down town and Hayatama shrine are located in really walkable distance from the guest house.

the room was really comfy and cozy with basic amenities provided for you. the owner of the guesthouse was really friendly and helpful during the stay. do mind that she has to run a small shop selling Japanese snacks while having other heavy responsibilities. do support her.

It’s a self-contained 1-room apartment, complete with kitchen and shower-room. All modern. Beautiful clean tatami floor and comfortable futons. Amazingly, as an extra welcome, the kitchen is stocked with a selection of local drinks (including Wakayama-produced saké). The owner met us on arrival, explained everything clearly. All in all, if i come back to Shingu i will definitely want to stay here again.

Situated just 2.9 km from Ojigahama Beach, AJITO Hostel & CafeBar provides accommodation in Shingu with access to free bikes, a bar, as well as full-day security.

We drove to the location and the parking is not a problem. Response form owner is prompt and very helping. Room is excellent and clean. No elevator but owner helped to carry. Also provide lots of information regarding nearby tour plan. Highly recommend!

Everything! The best place we stayed during our trip in Japan. The owner was so nice, he picked us up and drove us to the station again when we had to leave. The inn is great. Very comfortable, clean, spacious. Very quiet and nice area. The owners thought of everything. The free bikes were also nice.

The recently renovated ゲストハウス樹 is set in Shingu, near Shingu Castle Ruins Park and Kumano Hayatama Taisha.

100 metres from Kumano Hayatama Taisha, KUMANO家-OHGi- is a recently renovated property set in Shingu and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking.

Beautiful old-style guesthouse right next to Hayatama Taisha. The location is absolutely amazing. Hayatama Taisha is literally steps away from the front door. There are river views from the room and the tatami floor rooms are beautiful.

Hosts are nice. Rooms are clean. Really enjoyed the atmosphere of a trandition Japanese house, great for culture experience. Location easy to approach, not far away from train and bus station. It was surpised that there's bathtub, which prefect for relaxing after visited Kumano kodo.
