My stay was truly memorable! The hanok experience was fantastic, and I slept better than I expected on the floor. The host's language barrier didn't affect her kindness and efficiency. Being situated in the heart of the Hanok village added an extra layer of charm to the whole experience. Plus, the breakfast was super good.

Very good location in the Hanok Village. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They provided maps and recommendations to sites and restaurants, and woke up very early (5:30am!) the day of our check-out to help get us a taxi to go to the train station. It is a very cute place and it was a very good stay.

Our first hanok stay was exceptional. The room is traditional, well maintained, and the location is perfect for a visit to Jeonju Hanok Village. Mr. Li the host comes from a local Jeonju family of generations - he is kind, friendly, and provided us with many local recommendations. I highly recommend Hanok Hyejum!

The owner is very kind. He gave us a map of Jeonju and marked landmarks, cafés and restaurants on it. Without him we wouldn't get a taxi probably to catch our bus. Thank you very much for your help and kindness. I would definitely recommend it! :)

Everything was perfect ! - The hosts were adorable and gave me a tea with flyers in my language (french) when I arrived - The room was traditional, clean & pretty - The breakfast was great and included - The location is perfect in the middle of everything - When I checked out they even gave me a little doggy bags with a few snacks for my return ! :)

The house and room are beautifully maintained in a traditional way, and it keeps the spirit of the "raw" living style, which means the bed is a bit harder and there is no noise isolation, which is not a big problem. This place offers a rare opportunity to experience traditional Korean bedding. Even as Koreans, most modern lifestyles involve sleeping on beds, making such an experience uncommon. The accommodation thoughtfully provides a complimentary 10cm-thick foldable mattress to ensure extra comfort and support, which made our stay very enjoyable. The host sent all the necessary information to my contact before check-in, and although they were not staying on-site, they were always responsive and quick to resolve any questions or inconveniences. The location is unbeatable—right in Hanok Village, with all the major heritage sites within a 2-minute walking distance.
