Beautiful view from all balconies on each floor, just like on the pictures. Great for breakfast or relaxing, even when it’s raining. Very quiet compared to the busy streets in town, but just 100 m from road. 1km to the start of Nine Arch Bridge path and the start of Little Adam’s Peak path. 3km to Uva tea factory. Basic but clean bathrooms and rooms, with fan and fridge.

Naadhika and her family were the perfect hosts. Absolutely polite, accommodative and helpful. Naadhika's mother made us delicious home cooked breakfasts and dinners. We were tired of eating outside food during our trip, so their food was a good healthy break for us. Naadhika's mom is an awesome cook. Their homestay was probably the best experience we had amongst the six other homestays we stayed during our two week trip. We rented their scooter for two days which they offered at a lower price than other commercial places. They even accommodated our request to extend our stay by one day at the last minute and modified their other bookings. Naadhika has a very pleasant personality and is always smiling and her mother is a lovely and sweet lady. If you're looking for a quiet, comfortable stay, and if this place is available, please book it right away. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here if I ever visit Ella.

Beautiful and clean accommodation in the hearth of nature. Hotel included a large bathroom, where hot water flowed without problems. We had a very tasty Sri Lankan breakfast in the accommodation, which also included coffee. We also took advantage of the dinner option - delicious Sri Lankan. The hotel is in a quiet part, not in the city center, but the owners provided us with a tuk-tuk transfer from the station (free) to the center and back. There is a scooter rental option at the accommodation. The family is very friendly, nice and very helpful. Among other things, they also arranged for us a share taxi to Udawalawe, a jeep driver in Udawalawe, etc. Wave to everyone and see you later!

The accommodation is located in a quiet and beautiful valley near Ella. It is very peaceful there and a perfect place to relax. We got delicious breakfast every morning made by the hosts. The family that runs this place is super friendly. We also love the dog they have. The room was very clean and spacious. Nine arch bridge is close to the accommodation. Highly recommend!

Great view of the mountains to wake up to, super peaceful and calm area just off the main road and the buzz of Ella. Spacious rooms, hot shower and comfortable bed. There was no AC but the fan did the job. We had breakfast on the tables outside with a breathtaking view!

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed the place. It was an incredible experience! We loved everything about the place. The view from the room was just incredible.. You can see beautiful clear sky during the night full of stars - so magical! Big balcony overlooking mountains. The sound of nature was so calming. The room itself was really clean, tidy, cozy and truly felt like home. Very spacious bathroom. Loved the decor. Breakfast was delicious with the view of the mountains. Perfect location - 10 min walk to the main street or 5 min by tuk tuk. Would recommend this place, it was the best stay from all of the places we’ve been in Sri Lanka.

Lovely host family, very welcoming. Amazing views from the terraces on each level. Rooms are comfortable with hot water showers and air con. Great breakfast in the morning. We asked for omelettes the second day and this was not a problem. Just bear in mind there is a very steep hill down to the accommodation so bear in mind if you have any difficulty mobility wise. The Main Street is very close for restaurants etc and the walk to the nine arch bridge and little Adam’s peak is quite close from the homestay.

We really loved our stay in Happy Horizon Home Stay. Very nice owners, great breakfast, beautiful view, ... You can easily reach Ella town by foot and Happy Horizon Homestay is the ideal starting point for a hike to Ella rock.

Great place, just out of town,ealkable or plenty of tuktuks avail. just a note,its up a few flights of stairs so would be difficult for someone with mobility issues to access. Beautiful views, wonderful breakfast. Lovely host family.

This is a beautiful homestay where you can relax, the room terrace is big and has an amazing view where you can also enjoy your breakfast. The breakfast and dinner are delicious, taste and the best part is that they make it. The host family is incredible and help you in every moment. I wish them all the best for the future.
