Perfect location, beautiful rooms, sitting area, everything looks new and well taken care of. Rooms are big and TOP clean. Breakfast is big and very tasty. Hosts are wonderful people, very calm and very kind, also very helpful. Shower is with good pressure and hot water (plenty of hot water which is the most important), everything is clean, nice balcony, hairdryer, little soap, shampoo and shower gel. A/C is working perfect and so is the fan. It is close to all attractions and restaurants but also very calm and quiet at night. We recommend to everyone!

This is a little paradise. A big pool and lovely private chalets, right on the river which you can kayak down. Its fabulous! You're surrounded by jungle, and the food for amazing. Really loved it. The staff were friendly and sweet and we couldn't have asked for better during our last few days in Sri Lanka. This is expensive for Sri Lanka but its definitely worth it.

We didn't check the position very well before booking and we were worried when we find out It was very far from the center and from the beach, but when we reached the structure we find a peaceful garden with and Amazing Building with a green garden. Everything was really clean and the hosting family were really amazing! We ended up having dinner there and the family were so friendly and kind. They also took us tò the Airport in the middle of the night.

Absolutely amazing stay, probably our best in Sri Lanka. The location is good, 10min walk to the beach and 3 mins walk to the street with many restaurants. The garden and pool are amazing. Airconditioning worked very well, as well as the hot shower. Very comfi beds. The guy that welcomed us was super friendly and happy to answer our questions. I strongly recommend staying here, ideal when you've just flown into Sri Lanka or are about to leave!
