I really loved my stay at this charming guest house in the old town of Chiang Mai. The owner is a lovely man who provides you with a leaflet of useful information on local attractions and restaurants etc on your arrival and can book anything you need for you. The location is ideal, very quiet with plenty of local restaurants nearby and only a short walk to Tha Phae gate. The staff also do a wonderful job of servicing your room on a daily basis. If you a looking for a guest house in Chiang Mai old town look no further.

It is more then a home. We came here after long way and bad mood. Noon the host did everything for us to feel good. She make a welcome sign, brought many games for the kids. Played with them and helped us with all the things we needed. The room was clean and neat. Basic but together with the common living room we got enough space.

    The homestay was ideal for a couple back packing, excellent value and in a great location. Jimmy and Jeng were extremely hospitable and a great help! The room was very basic but this was expected with the price.

    Everything was perfect. Super atmosphere, great host. We arrived late in the evening, the host asked if we were hungry and let us make some toasts. We had only two days in Chiang Mai and the host helped us to organize trip to Doi Inthanon (she made some calls and we had a great private trip with her nephew, who told us a lot about Thai culture, religion and food). The last day after check out we left our luggage at the homestay, when we came back the host gave us fruits for a long train trip to Bangkok.
