Farsheed helped me in real-time by phone to navigate to his location as I had arrived after dark. It was a tremendous help and a relief that he literally walked me through the driving directions to his address, staying on the phone with me until I arrived, exhausted. Our host was amazing and welcomed us into his home. I really liked the personal touch. The space looks exactly like the photos. The amenities were expertly organized, and the home was well stocked. We would stay again next time we visit the big island. I wish we could have stayed longer. The host helped us solve some troubles we had with out rental car.
