The staff at memory homestay were very attentive. They helped us with many things including our laundry. They went above and beyond and hand washed our rain jackets after being covered in mud from a hike the previous day. Phuong who works at the front desk is the best, she made sure our stay was comfortable and gave us additional blankets to make sure we were not cold. All staff were amazing and if we’re ever in Phong Nha in the future we will be sure to come back to memory homestay

Staff super attentive and nothing too much trouble...bookings, rebooting and drinks and snacks. Eco lodges are that. Rustic and interestingly (in a good way) put together. Air con great and mozzie nets on beds... needed but not for mozzies. Shower and bathroom more than adequate.

What a beautiful family run buisiness, such care and attention to detail, with warm smiles and gentle hospitality you can't ask for more, service is top priority with Tu Tu, all set in a beautiful new airy building. Everything. The homestay is located a few minutes outside of town but all the tour- and transfer-busses stop there. Its s couple with 2 children running the place and they couldnt be nicer. They go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. You can book tours, scooter etc with them for reasonable prices. They also run a restaurant in town with great, cheap food. The homestay is very clean and the beds are the most comfortable ones I have slept in in Vietnam. The breakfast is really good as well and the wifi very fast and super stable. The shower is separated from the bathroom with a door which usually only happens in 4star hotels and above here.

We liked the way the service was provided right from the start. Hung is the man for everything. He helped us book bus tickets, arranged Phong Nha tour and helped in all ways. The place is enchanting, lush but very well-kept at the same time. I stayed in the dorm and the beds were comfy, the bathroom was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. But the best thing about this place is the owner, Mr. Quy, who is very kind, careful and welcoming and makes you feel like at home. Communication was great even before arriving, as he organized my pickup and my tours to the caves. Plus, if you arrive before check-in time or have to wait a long time after checkout, there’s the possibility to stay in another room, or relax on the hammocks, and to use a bathroom. Simply amazing!

I booked a room during the year-end promotion so the price was very cheap. They said that sometimes there will be deals like that so if you are lucky like me you can get a great place to stay at a very cheap price. Friendly staff, good service, she can provide all the information I need. So if you don't know anything, just ask her. The room is clean, and cozy. Just been repaired so it's very good. I couldn't ask for anything more at this price. absolutely wonderful

    Dat and his family are such great hosts. They made sure we had everything we needed and were so attentive. The place itself is in a perfect location and you can rent scooters or book tours through Dat. It has a lovely courtyard, the rooms are comfy, and the highlight for us was the beautiful pool with the most amazing view. There weren’t many guests when we stayed so we had it to ourselves for hours, it was bliss! Definitely recommend this homestay 🙌

    Lovely host family- the view from the property is lovely, by the river so a nice place to walk/ cycle. Went on an amazing cave tour from this homestay . Bed was comfortable, and clean. The family collected and dropped us to our bus.
