Great people, very friendly, kind and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and cosy with amazing view! Bathroom was perfect with large shower. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Everything was remarkable. Definetly would like to come again. Highly recommend it!

The room was very cozy with a beautiful mountain view. Although the house is located near the road, it was surprisingly quiet. There was a kettle in the room along with tea and sugar. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean and tidy — we felt very at home.

Surrounded by mountains, Haus Alpenrose enjoys a peaceful location a 10-minute walk from the Lake Hallstatt and 3 km from the Krippenstein Ski Area. Michael, the host, was quite helpful; would have missed out on Dachstein mountain if it weren't for his voluntary guidance. The bed was cozy. Mountain view out the window. The showers were always clean; the fact that the people who stay in Alpenrose are considerate of other fellow residents helps as well. It's in the centre of Orbertraun; walking distance from the supermarket, the bike rental, and the restaurants. The breakfast is included and it's delicious.
