Katiusca is truly the most sweet, kind, generous, warm, and welcoming host. She literally welcomed us with open arms and was so kind to us from the very first message when we had booked our stay months prior. We feel like we made a new friend! She went out of her way to explain and answer our questions regarding restaurant reservations and activities in the area. She verified times for us for the little train that goes around Bellinzona, which is an adorable little train ride and she gave us tips about the local markets and was so attentive to our every need. She offered us lovely goods from the bakery for breakfast and the vanilla croissant was so delicious and the bread she provided every day for us was some of the best bread we've ever had! And the view from our "Blue Balance" room was absolutely stunning! It had a floor to ceiling window with a gorgeous balcony and we could see the mountains and the town and the castles and there aren't enough woods in the world to say how fabulous the view was and we were able to see from the comfort of our room fireworks on New Year's Eve. The view from the shared kitchen was lovely and we were able to heat some basic things on the stove. There was no microwave but it wasn't necessary for us. She is such a lovely person and gave extra pillows in the room at our request because we were recovering from an injury. She gave us beautiful gifts when we left and offered us fantastic Prosecco when we arrived. All in all it was an extraordinary exceptional stay and we highly recommend it. She is a truly kind warm and welcoming person.

This was one of the most beautiful and luxurious places where we have ever stayed! Our room with huge terrace was gorgeous, both modern and functional, and tastefully designed with antique furniture. The bed was large and very comfortable. We slept with the double doors wide open, and woke up with a view of the mountains. Since the weather was good, we spent much time on the terrace, which was our extended living room. The fancy espresso maker in the room did not have decaf capsules, so after mentioning this to our hosts, they graciously provided a different espresso maker in the shared kitchen. That kitchen has everything you could wish for. The bathroom attached to our room was new and gorgeous, with a bathtub as well as a shower.

Cozy & clean room. The owner greeted us very friendly when we pulled up in front of the house. The room has a small fridge which is filled with complementary snacks and drinks. You could really feel that the owners want to make you feel welcome!

Mr Leandro, the host, was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Even though we did not meet in person, he made sure everything was fine. He also offered us a free breakfast on our 3 nights stay. And it was very kind of him agreeing to store our baggage after checkout for a few hours. The apartment was small but neat. There is a window door instead of windows. It would be not as ideal at night when sleeping. Other than that, everything was fine.

Laura is a delightful host. There is so much attention to detail in her building. Every room has its own theme. The breakfast was amazing.The surrounding stunningly beautiful.

The room had everything you need. It was very comfortable with a very big TV, with Tea making possibilities, minibar. The bed was very comfortable. We had a small balcony looking at the lake. Having breakfast in the morning and enjoying your coffee directly on the lake. It was like a dream. The personel was very friendly and helpful and made everything possible to have a great stay there. We even got a bottle of wine as a small present when we were leaving. Parking space is organised and near by and for free. Internet was working perfectly. The city center was 20 min walking distance. There was a delicious restaurant just under the room. (which can be a bit loud for some people. for us it was not an issue). THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT STAY. We will come back :)

Het Residence Venus Garden wordt beheerd door een familie en heeft een rustige ligging op 5 minuten lopen van het centrum van Brissago. Solomon and Helena were amazing hosts - making you feel home atmosphere. Apartments have incredible view and everything was very good.

Fantastic stay with the best owners!! We were spoiled to excess by the two wonderful owners of this gorgeous B&B! From fantastic and kind service to being spoiled by the best breakfast, this B&B is a true gem! Close to the boat, train and bus transportation, also also tranquil by being away from the big city of Lugano! We will certainly be back when we are in Ticino next time!
