We stayed for three nights in this hotel to visit Zhangjiajie national park and Grand canyon. The staff was very helpful, gave us tips and a marked map to navigate easily in the park. All the reception ladies are very helpful, they made our trip a lot easier. We had a room on the third floor with a balcony. The room was equipped with all the necessities, housekeeping was everyday. Breakfast was in chinese style. Location is optimal, it's around 15 min. walk from the park entrance. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The owner Mr. Liu went beyond his hospitality. He and his staffs were super helpful. They treated my husband and myself liked part of his family. I strongly recommend this hotel. 5 mins walk away from the river and very quiet. They serve lunch or dinner, has to pre-order a day ahead. Love their cooking. Must try.

Zhangjiajie Twelve Warm Inn-Near the Tianmen mountain cableway station- Ticket reservation se nachází v destinaci Čang-ťia-ťie a má bezplatné Wi-Fi, neplacené soukromé parkoviště a výhled na město. Jenny was sooo helpful and welcoming. She helped me plan my a day in Tianmen mountain and two days in Zhangjiajie. Without her I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the parks, as I don’t speak Chinese and it’s hard to get by without the language there. She also checked in to make sure I was okay. I would recommend 100% anybody (Chinese or foreign) to stay here as on top of the service the rooms were also very clean and comfortable, spacious, etc.

The Inn is run by a lovely family (Husband, wife and 2 kids). The wife spoke excellent English and was very helpful with booking tickets to the nearby attractions, and the husband carried our heavy luggage to the 4th floor and offered cold water from the lobby fridge every day. Our 2-bedroom room was very homely and spacious with a cooling aircon. When my son's mosquito bite became infected, the hostess gave us an antibacterial cream. The homey vibe of the inn and genuine friendliness from our hosts made us feel very welcomed and taken care of. They also had a very tamed bird which was nice to interact with. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a homestay where the host and his family create an incredibly inviting stay from start to finish. They help shuttle you into town (within reasonable distance), and are very helpful and forthcoming with information about ZJJ (Zhangjiajie) and the attractions nearby. Looking to come visit the esteemed Avatar mountain? Wanting to explore the Canyon of Zhangjiajie? This is a lovely home just outside of the main city of Yongding. I was even able to tour the parks ony own with the information and maps the host provided. He respectfully helped purchase and guide my itinerary as a local who knew how far away the sites were, time it takes to get there, and how much time to spend in the parks themselves. This stay is PERFECT for relaxing, enjoying peace, eating a tasty Hunan breakfast spread, and branching out. If you are looking for a stay around the area, the host and his family are genuine and truly know hospitality. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel at a reasonable walking distance from the west gate entry of the national park (the owner will ride you in the car to the gate also). It is a family hotel, very well taken care of, with very yummy breakfast. Very nice people who will help you have the best experience in Zhangjiajie
