The location from tianmen cablecar need 10-15 min walk. However, the service is amazing. They provide airport or train transfer for free. And they were very fast response if you need local guide via wechat. Also they can help you with booking all the ticket for Zhangjiajie. You can booked in advance via whatsapp they can speak english.. and pay later on the hotel. Which is very convenient.. as they will help to suggest which is better and what is better. MOST important they have late CO at 14:00 which is very helpful for us who have midnight flight. So we can have more rest. AND THE ROOM IS TOTALY SMART ROOM. Even the shower is digital.

The location is very good - away from Bars and noisy area - about 150m from main road across Wind bridge where nightly singing and entertainment on a river pontoon were provided free - short walk from river side walkways, lane ways, shops, restaurants, attractions, etc. Attached Wind bridge photo shows river pontoon in the middle of river and main road is on the right up a stair and Dream 2 mins walk via a lane way on the left. Had 4 nights of catered 4 courses local home cooked dinners which were better and much cheaper than in a restaurant. Highly recommended but 24 hrs notice is required as staffs need to go to local market in the morning for fresh ingredients. If your are lucky, you might have fresh eggs from resident chickens for a delicious breakfast. On request before arrival, Liu Yuen, the host ordered lactose free milk from out of town and provide gluten free meals for us as well. Advised of our arrival time at train station, Liu Yuen organized car pick up service and staffs to help with our luggage from the roadside. Liu Yuen have a bar at the ground floor. As our Chinese are basic and Liu Yuen English is basic too, so communication with him and staffs were via WeChat which have translation helping us to have an enjoyable 5 nights stay. Will definitely consider another stay at Dream in FengHuang

Zhangjiajie Twelve Warm Inn-Near the Tianmen mountain cableway station- Ticket reservation se nachází v destinaci Čang-ťia-ťie a má bezplatné Wi-Fi, neplacené soukromé parkoviště a výhled na město. Jenny is really amazing host. She helped us with everything from arranging transport, trips, tickets, food, practically all we asked about. Her english is good so comunication is smooth - that is biiig plus. Accomodation is central located, near bus station and Tianmen Mountain cable car station, also streets full of restaurants or shops one may need. Room was comfortable and spacious. There was nothing missing for our needs.

Family room was spacious and very clean. The owners were incredibly helpful and thoughtful. It was an ideal base to explore the area and near a lot of nice restaurants.

Everything was perfect! The location is great if you want to explore mountains. Our room was very modern, big and bright. The whole family of the owners was very nice and helpful. I can highly recommend this hotel!

Cozy and clean place, perfect to stay a couple of days. Also, the staff was super friendly and helped us getting the tickets and planning the route. Highly recommended!

Riverside Peak Lodge Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan National Park se nachází v destinaci Čang-ťia-ťie a nabízí sdílený lounge, terasu a bar. Národní park Čang-ťia-ťie je 20 km daleko. Very close to national park, 7yuan by Didi. Location is in Wulingyuan and there are ao many good food around the hotel. They are really helpful with the route for national park and other attraction like grand canyon and glass bridge. They give us the best advice. You just need to go there and listen to their advice. I was in doubt at first because I spent 8 months to plan for this trip. But they are right. They know the park better than us. They book tickets for us for cheaper. Get us a taxi. Reschedule our ticket when we change our plan. I highly recommend this place. It’s good for money. And i love to support people who knows what they are doing and who loves what they are doing. If good services is your key, go ahead and support them.
