This hotel in the town of Schwangau's Horn district offers rooms with panoramic views of the Alps. It is less than 2 km away from the Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles. It was way better then I expected. The pictures do not give it justice.

Room was very big and comfy, had basic kitchen equipment (boiler, fridge etc). The room is in a complex with multiple rooms and there was a shared kitchen in the building where one could cook. Overall aligned with pictures and price paid, cheaper compared to other options in the area.

The appartment was clean and everything you need for the stay is available. There were a lot of options for the breakfast, so it was worth it. The location is ideal for summer and longer stay (minimum 3 days) if you purchase the Z-Ticket. The owner/care-taker is very friendly and made sure that we enjoyed our stay.

The location is just breathtaking and so does the apartment. It is very well maintained with no stain of dust and makes one already feel at home as soon as you enter. The morning and evening view of the valley makes you to stay in the balcony the whole day and just stare at nature. Very kids friendly and I recommend to all who wants a peaceful break from busy worklife.
