All in all, a perfect stay - location is great, just a couple of minutes walk from the Ferry point, and very close to the Nubian Museum. Just beware, it's a sandy walk, so you'll have to carry your suitcase. Elephantine Island is beautiful - narrow, traditional streets, easy to get lost, but in a fun way. Google Maps is good for getting you home. The breakfast was lovely - a lot of variety and enough substance to get you well into the day. Lovely restaurant on the roof, looking out over the Nile. Perfect setting. Very modern hotel - rooms have everything you will need, and the shower is hot and powerful. JJ the owner is very helpful and considerate.

Mohammed and Mostafa are very kind, generous, and genuine people. They helped us with everything from Flueca rides, money exchange, and routes. This is from now on my goto for whenever i come to Aswan.

Beautiful rooftop where to enjoy the river view, ok rooms, location close to the river where to take the boat. But the best thing was the people working there, who helped us with everything during our trip, from transportation to Aswan to laundry and day-trips to the Nubian Village, and made us love the island. There is a sense of community on the island and especially in the guest house that we will always remember.

Before I arrived I was in contact with Mr Ahmed. He greeted me at the ferry and the guesthouse is less than 1 minute walk. When I arrived I was served fresh mango juice and everything was explained to me. Mr Ahmed also arranged my trip to Abu Simbel which went smoothly. The accommodations are Very Clean and has Everything that you need for a comfortable stay. I also had dinner at the guesthouse since I had a long day of traveling. I have been traveling around Egypt and staying in 5 star hotels and have to say it was THE BEST dinner thus far-DELICIOUS!!! Home cooked meal for a king.. was so much food that I couldn’t finish it all. I was supposed to leave but I will stay another day so that I can also be the first guest to stay in the newly constructed Crystala 2. I will DEFINITELY return.. Shokran 🙏🏼

They were always available to recommend places to visit, dine, and even arranged discounts at some spots. - The property itself was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable, with good air condition. - The rooftop view overlooking the Nile was breathtaking and one of the highlights of our trip. - It’s an affordable option for families, offering great value for money without compromising on comfort or cleanliness.
