The property is close to several noted attractions, around 1.8 km from Plaza de España and around 2 km from Maria Luisa Park. Archivo de Indias is 650 metres away and La Giralda and Sevilla Cathedral is 400 metres from the guest house. Very clean and cosy place with kind and always smily hosts. Perfect location, comfortable beds. The air-conditioner was a little bit loud, but you will enjoy very fresh and cold atmospher if do not like hot temperatures (in july). Our room was not big, but enough. When we came, there were 2 rooms, so we could choose :) - very kind gesture! It' s not connected with the place, but might be useful: the area is full of nice buildings, there are some supermarkets 10 min. away ( DIA, MAS, Carrefour) and a public laundry. For tapas lovers we strongly recommend you Los Coloniales, not far from the Pencion - tipical place, where we liked everithing we try!!! And the prices are very good!

It is super cool that the property has this ancient and modern vibes. The host is very friendly and attentive, also gives fantastic recommendations of restaurants and spots to see the processions during Semana Santa.

The guest house features family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. Had such a great experience at this hotel! The staff were always lovely, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself is immaculate with beautiful design touches that make it feel really special. The room was comfortable, though it could use a bit more storage—especially a drying bar for towels in the bathroom. Breakfast wasn’t quite to my taste, but I found an amazing local café just around the corner that I ended up loving. The rooftop pool was a highlight—such a relaxing spot with great views. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, which made it perfect for a restful stay. I would definitely come

Location was fantastic, just minutes from the cathedral. The room was gorgeous - especially the terrace we had. Miguel and Antonio were both fabulous - super helpful. Cannot fault it 😊
