Lovely touch to have a gown and slippers, as well as a fridge with fresh milk and cold water. Excellent facilities. Kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. Lovely outside space.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 1.1 km from Ayr Beach. The unit was small but very well laid out and well decorated. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bathroom and shower were of a good size. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and directed us to a nearby hotel for an evening meal and then suggested a number of spots to visit on our way south. Can highly recommend this property.

Beaches is a small family-run guest house featuring a large private garden with gated access to Ayr’s sandy beach. It's set just 5 minutes’ walk from Ayr’s centre with its shopping, dining, and nightlife. Love everything about Beaches!! Absolutely spotless, beautiful, comfortable, the breakfast and home made shortbread and jam!! And the owner Jan and her family and dog Harris! We stayed in the twin room with kitchen and it was fantastic. The gardens are beautiful too!
