He greeted us upon arrival, showed us around the suites, and explained everything in detail. Throughout our three-day stay, he was always available via WhatsApp and the booking messenger. Although we didn't purchase breakfast (they offer two types), we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary breakfast on our first morning. Nicos provided us with a comprehensive list of nearby beaches, cafes, restaurants, and beautiful places to visit. The suite was wonderful, featuring two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the pool (which is perfect for children). We enjoyed relaxing there with a cup of tea every evening.

The property is non-smoking and is set 40 km from Municipal Railway Park of Kalamata. This place is exceptional, quiet and picturesque. We were very pleased to pull up to it and see it was every bit as nice as the pictures. Jim, the owner, is delightful and is happy to pass on his wealth of local knowledge. Jim is in the main house next door but makes every effort to be just about invisible, never heard him and when we did see him it was always us instigating any longer interactions as Jim clearly likes to respect the sanctity of other people's holiday. The villa really has everything you need there and we would stock up and not leave for a few days at a time. The pool is lovely and kept clean, it's about 5ft deep which is ideal. Sun loungers, parasol and table & chairs poolside are all of a nicer quality. Jim was clear that we should arrange the patio/pool area however we like as it's our area, only time he was ever round that side was for patio cleaning/pool maintenance and the only time we ever crossed paths he shouted around first to ensure he wasn't accidentally invading anyone privacy. Panorama restaurant which is just down the road was great and frequented mainly by locals which was nice to not feel like a tourist trap. We will definitely be looking to return!

I really appreciated that right after booking, I received a message clarifying that it was just a room and not the whole house, and that I could cancel the reservation for free. At that moment, I felt I was dealing with honest and kind people. Another plus was that I could communicate fluently in English. The host was incredibly friendly and very helpful. She didn’t interfere with guests' lives and was almost invisible. The house had its own charm, and the views around were wonderful. A shop and restaurant are very close to the house. The place is clean, well-kept, and you can really feel the Greek atmosphere – time seems to pass slowly there. I found exactly what I needed, and I will definitely come back.
