The property is non-smoking and is set 200 metres from Skopelos Port. Everything about our stay here was perfect. The host family were lovely and spoke good english, they were very attentive and reacted quickly to our wishes. View from the balcony was incredible and the location was perfect, near port, bus station and beaches.

This beachfront property offers access to a patio and free private parking. The guest house features family rooms. Stamatiou Estate was more than we expected. The room was extra clean and comfortable for two persons. And the view from the terrace was breathtaking. The owners made every extra effort to make us feel safe during Hurricane Daniel and was always present whenever we needed anything. Room was cleaned daily. When we will return to Skopelos, we will stay again on this Estate for sure.

Rooms come with a patio with city views. This is located right next to the port, which was very good as we needed to catch a ferry the next morning. The man who checked us in was extremely attentive to our needs and very friendly. We really appreciated his help. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. There were a couple of restaurants on the street next door, and one little supermarket. One interesting challenge is that an Orthodox Church is right next door and the bells started going off from 7:00 to 9:30 as they did a liturgy. It was a bit challenging to sleep in during that.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, we received a lot of good advice on food, attractions and activities around the island. The hosts were very communicative and made us feel like home. We enjoyed this location very much as it also had a common space dedicated to groups in the yard behind the house where we could sit and play board games. Room cleaning was done daily and A/C was very efficient.

Breakfast was not include, so no comment. The location was super! Just a 5 min walk from the sea, along a flat dirt path under the trees. Perfectly quite, in a lovely garden with trees and flowers. No passing-by traffic, no noise at night, pleasantly cool, we did not even use the aircondition available. The Panormos beach is quite advantageous, you can swim in crystal-clear waters even when north winds blow, as it is protected by the hills around it. Plenty of excellent choices for food and drinks there, too, you don't really have to drive in order to get to a nice restaurant. All-in-all, Skopelos-Panormos-Spiros Rooms is a perfect coice for vacation. We stayed for 2 full weeks and regretted having to go ...

This accommodation is a prime example why I like to book small apartment from locals instead of going to a huge many star hotel. Filippa (the host) is absolutely kind and welcoming. We got a small welcome treat and cold water when we arrived and a little goodbye gift when we left. We got recommendations and answers to all our questions regarding the island. The location is perfect, shops and restaurants are close by, but it is still quiet with an excellent view (especially at night). The room was clean and the beds were really comfy.

Most beautiful location with very friendly host. The beautiful view and charming room and balcony is worth the climb through the charming traditional streets. Lovely Taverna near by, called Kastello Taverna, which our host recommended. Dina, the lovely host provided us with a bottle of wine as it was our honeymoon, and we had a beautiful time. Would shout and tell everyone about this, if I wasn't planning to come back myself!
