My room was absolutely amazing-everything worked perfectly and was spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, always ready to help with a smile. I especially loved the abundance of flowers throughout the hotel and the pool area, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I felt very comfortable and relaxed here. Highly recommend!

Location was the only minor ding, as you have to walk a bit to get to restaurants and shops. We would happily stay here again though, as overall it is a 9.5/10. For reference, we are a Canadian family with two teenagers.

The room was a good size, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast had great choices and delicious. Nice pool and quiet area.

The staff are so kind and eager to help. We enjoyed time at the infinit pool and then the whole complex is beautifully decorated with thoughtful details. We’d love to come back.
