It was clear that our group received the best care and attention, making the adventure even more special. Very comfortable family run hotel. Love the rooftop where you could overlook the scenery while you eat. We spent hours on the terrace. Rani was so helpful in answering all our questions and helping us arrange the tours and transport from the airport. Food was really good. Rani and her family were friendly and accommodating. Highly reccommend! Great for weekend getaway. Very family friendly

Lovely home stay, comfy beds, very helpful and kind owner. He told us of all the options to visit Mount Bromo (one could book the tour directly via the owner) and we ended up staying at Brak for 2 nights and doing the Mt Bromo trip directly from Probolinggo. We pre-ordered a Gojek (like Grab) at 2 am for 250k, the driver drove us to Cemorolawang, we did the hike and everything, had breakfast in Cemorolawang, then came back to Probolinggo. We can back with the same driver, but one can easily also use the shared minivans, it is easy to get from Cemorolawang to Probolinggo during the day. When we came back, the owner greeted us with tea and we had a good rest. Doing Mt. Bromo from Probolinggo is easy and less tiresome, we’re happy we chose this way! I can only recommend this guesthouse, this was Indonesian hospitality at its best that we experienced.

Harry’s Ocean House was a great place to chill out for a few days, with a real family feel. Our bungalow was beautifully decorated, clean and with a very comfortable bed, we slept soooo well. The communal kitchen was welcoming and had all the equipment we needed. The beach was great for strolling along with virtually no one else there. Thanks in particular to Tina for making us welcome, for lending us bicycles and for sorting out our onward transport. We are happy to give Harry’s Ocean House 5* and recommend it to others.

L’établissement Java Turtle Lodge Meru Betiri est situé à 400 mètres de ce lieu d’intérêt : Plage Rajegwesi. Il possède un restaurant, un jardin, un salon commun et une terrasse. Cet endroit n’a certes pas besoin d’un avis favorable, puisqu’il en a déjà en masse, mais je voudrais malgré tout remercier Hadi, sa femme et tout le personnel pour leur gentillesse, leur professionnalisme et leur efficacité. Nous avons été surclassés sans en avoir fait la demande, ce qui a été une surprise très agréable. Mais de tout était parfait, notre chambre, le jardin ombragé, la nourriture et même les environs puisque nous étions à a quelques mètres d’une plage, parfaite pour de longues promenades ou pour se rafraîchir en se baignant. De plus, le parc national de Meru Betiri est tout près et l’on peut facilement aller à la baie verte (que je recommande) ou demander au propriétaire d’organiser une visite de Sukamade. On voit que les propriétaires ne veulent pas simplement offrir un endroit pour dormir mais pour se reposer et se sentir bien.

La famille est très serviable, souriante et gentille. Je recommande !
