Located in Senggigi and only 400 metres from Batu Bolong Beach, Arirang Sea View Homestay provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. We loved everything! The view was absolutely stunning, nestled between the sea and the mountains. The room was very spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. A special mention goes to the incredible hosts, Maria and Rojan, who made us feel completely at home. Maria took such great care of us throughout our stay: she was always making sure we were comfortable, checking in on us, and ensuring that nothing was missing. We had many lovely conversations with her, and her kindness truly touched us. She even gave me the key to another room for several days so I could take a hot shower, as our room didn’t include hot water. She also made sure we ate well by recommending great nearby restaurants. Rojan was also amazing, she lent us her scooter to go to a restaurant, but since we didn’t know how to drive, she kindly took us there herself and even came back to pick us up. This was truly an amazing stay thanks to Maria and Rojan, we felt so well taken care of throughout our time there. I have traveled to so many countries and stayed in countless hotels, but I have never felt this great with any hosts before. I feel truly grateful to have met them!

Sammie and Dika (The owners) are such lovely people. The kindest hosts I've ever seen. They will meet you with warmth and will make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. You will feel at home. You will get delicious breakfast and coffee. The rooms are clean and spacious. Good location, only a few minutes away from downtown. Everything was great there! Definitely recommended.

Situated within 700 metres of North East Beach and 700 metres of Gili Trawangan Harbour, Kalamoana House features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Gili Trawangan. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Location was in a quieter part of the island. Air conditioning was superb.

Tatasya homestay, a property with a garden, is situated in Senaru, 1.1 km from Sindang Gila Waterfall, 2.2 km from Tiu Kelep Waterfall, as well as 20 km from Umar Maya Waterfall. I stayed at Tatasya Homestay in Senaru and they were incredible from start to finish. They helped me plan and execute my Mount Rinjani trek and made everything smooth and stress-free. They held my bags while I hiked, arranged a car ride to Kuta after my trek, and even welcomed me back with fresh coconuts. After the hike, they let me shower and rest in a room before heading out, which was such a blessing after three days in the mountains. The hospitality here is top-notch, super warm, helpful, and kind people. That alone makes this place worth staying at. One small downside was that they didn’t mention the hot springs wouldn’t be hot because the lake was too high during rainy season. Also, I did the 3-day/2-night trek, and while it was beautiful, it was pretty brutal. On the second day, you summit at sunrise, hike down to the lake, then up the other side of the crater, it’s a really tough push. I’m not sure the extra day is worth it unless you’re super set on seeing the lake. If you're looking for value and a challenging but more manageable hike, the 2-day/1-night trek might be the better choice. Overall though, I 100% recommend Tatasya Homestay if you're heading to Rinjani. They took such good care of me, and I’m grateful for everything they did.

Boasting a garden and views of river, Stay Together is a recently renovated homestay situated in Tetebatu, 13 km from Tetebatu Monkey Forest. My stay with Ika and Egi was one of the best experiences through all my travels in Indonesia. They created a beautiful place that looks like a dream and feels like home at the same time. We spent four days with them and we talked, we cooked, we signed, we laughed and we learned a lot. My heart is so full after being with them, I can only feel grateful to had the opportunity to find this place and experience it. I hope we can come back one day, and I hope more people can have the option to enjoy and share Tetebatu with them.

Located just 6.6 km from Jeruk Manis Waterfall, Serenity Lodge Tetebatu Lombok provides accommodation in Tetebatu with access to a garden, a bar, as well as full-day security. Beautiful view, nice room, excellent staff and food. Forgot some shorts and the host made sure I got them back, very thankful!

Situated within 8.3 km of Tiu Kelep Waterfall and 9.4 km of Sindang Gila Waterfall in Senaru, Bayan Exotic Homestay provides accommodation with seating area. Stunning, rural location overlooking rice fields, lush greenery and Mont Rinjani summit in the distance. The constant hum of crickets and the flittering of hundreds of dragonflies along with the scenery makes for a gorgeous nature retreat away from it all. Nip and Awan, along with their lovely family, were lovely hosts and the homemade food was delicious. Nip and Molls took us in the most amazing trek across paddy fields, down through jungle, across rivers and up to Sendang Gile and Tiu Kelep waterfalls, as well as showing us and explaining about traditional villages and taking us to an ancient mosque. Nip was really knowledgeable about everything from agriculture, plants, traditions and history and we would highly recommend taking her up on her offering of this opportunity. We will definitely be back if we’re ever in Lombok again. We didn’t do the Mont Rinjani trek this time but you always have to leave something to come back to do, right?! Featuring mountain views, Dira Bungalows offers accommodation with balcony, around 13 km from Tetebatu Monkey Forest. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. I have never wrote a reveiw before but this place deserves it!!! Dira bungalows was amazing. The owner Majidi (eddy) and all of his family were so so kind and they make you feel as part of their family. The room was lovely and so was the food. The surroundings are amazing, its set in the middle of rice fields.I had a health issue while staying and they called out the best doctor in Lombok to take me to hospital were i was treated better than in my own country. I cannot explain how gratefull i am. His wife and sons were so kind and even prepared food at nearly midnight because i was hungry. His son Max is such a nice person and is now a personal friend of mine, they invite you to eat, drink sing and play music all night long with them. An amazing place with amazing people. I 100% recommend it and will return.
