Idyllic...what a pleasure. I stayed in the Sunrise cabin overlooking the sea, and the whole time I had to pinch myself. It exceeded my expectations. The reef was dreamy. The staff. The rest of the guests. Silence and peace...you couldn't ask for more. Oh yes...the dive center was very professional. I know I'll be back.

Set in Kri in the West Papua region, Eddo Homestay features a balcony and sea views. The property has quiet street views. Really good food, good sanitary conditions.

Situated in Pulau Mansuar in the West Papua region, Seahorse Homestay has a terrace and sea views. Towels and bed linen are available in the homestay. Adin was the best host that we had during our Raja Ampat stay. He went out of his way to look after us by communicating clearly and showed us the best there was to offer in our snorkeling trips. He has put a lot of attention into his homestay and has a real attention for detail. Everything is new and the windows are a great touch to watch sunset or sunrise from bed. The location is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable. There is a village a few minutes walk from the homestay with small supermarket to get snacks.

Words can't describe how amazing the experience was. Paparisa is a brand new, small, private and secluded homestay with the nicest houses in Kri Island by far (compared to all the other homestays). The place has five "resort level" cosy houses with ensuite semi-open air bathroom (rare in Raja Ampat), big nice comfortable beds with mosquito net, a small private terrace in each house to relax or to watch the sunset and a small restaurant to enjoy your meals (they are building a nice sunset view big restaurant which they said will be ready by September 2025). They provide towels, toilet paper and linen so no need to bring yours. They have some toiletries but better bring some extra shampoo and shower gel for your convenience. Electricity is available almost half of the day and it is more than enough to charge anything in your room! The sea is just three meters from your door so you can easily swim whenever you want. This is also very convenient for diving or excursion's pickups as the boats pick you up straight from your door to go for diving or for a trip! Also, in walking distance you can snorkel in very amazing home reefs on your own. Paparisa rents for a small amount of money snorkeling equipment and these guys can also arrange several snorkeling trips to anywhere in the area. They also have contacts around so don't hesitate to ask them for anything you need! The communication before arrival through WhatsApp was exceptional and they have helped us a lot with our planning (the boat from Waisai to Kri arranged by them and a lot more). The food in the place is very tasty and feels like home and they are willing to cater any special dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan etc).

You can book tours with owner of this property - and see other islands renting the boat for tour. nature around is amazing!

Terrassiga Nyanse Homestay - Raja Ampat asub Besiris Lääne-Papua piirkonnas. Kodumajutuses pakutakse voodipesu, rätikuid ja pesupesemisteenust. We really loved staying at Nyanse homestay! Food is plentiful (3 main meals + snack time at 4:30pm), you will definitely not starve here and everything is delicious. Their overwater bungalows, located inside Gam’s particular mangroves, are spacious, clean, comfortable and equipped with hammocks to enjoy the best sunset. Bathroom and shower are shared but still very good. We highly recommend doing the tours they offer. Ferdinand, the homestay’s owner, knows the best snorkeling places and will be your guide in the water. We really enjoyed snorkeling with him and all the underwater life he showed us. Even one night he took a torch to explore the nightlife around the mangroves, we found so many creatures! You can also do snorkel at night if you are adventurous enough. The homestay is placed between to villages that you can visit to see the local life, I even played football with the kids and had so much fun. It is also possible to go see the Red Birds of Paradise, it’s less than a 30min walk that you do with a guide in the morning before sunrise. Just know that these birds are more active during a certain time of the year. Alvaro, Ferdinand’s son, can help at times with communication as he is the one that speaks fairly good English. All in all, staying at Nyanse was a beautiful local experience that we highly recommend. Thanks so much for such a amazing time!

Ferdinand was really friendly and he know how to treat. It had always the smile and helped to organize trips, logistics etc. The location is wonderful with a beautiful reef and clear water

Raja Ampat Sandy Guesthouse asub Saonekis, 1,3 km kaugusel Waisai Torang Cinta rannast. Külalistemajas on konditsioneeriga majutusruumid. The guesthouse is quaint, located in a quiet area of town. The room was exactly what we needed after a long journey to Raja Ampat. Our hostess was very gracious and helpful. We will be going to stay there again.
