It's not far from the beach (15 minutes walking) and pretty close to the market and restaurants. It's a nice and quiet place, where you can have a rest after noisy big cities. Edward is very kind and he always helped whether we needed some cutlery or some advise. He also helped to book a taxi for the airport. The room is pretty spacious and clean. One time the neighbours were a little noisy, but Edward helped to solve this question. In general it's a quiet place and you can close the windows and have a really good sleep.

Stay was comfortable and close to the beach. Nice and Clean rooms. Jack (Owner) is very cooperative. Mujahid at reception was very helpful.

It's a quiet hostal, with a nice rooftop to practice some yoga. In the evening the owners organized cozy activities in the hostal to create a nice, family vibe. The hostal is super close to the beach.

What a magnificent old and well maintained house in a quite spot in Goa, with a short walk to the beach. What stood out though where the people working there, who were beyond friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious and easily the best one around. David and Nicole were excellent hosts, not only giving us a history of the area, but also helping us coordinate experiences we were interested in. The even paired us with a driver who helped us navigate the area. They have a beautiful view outside every morning and the rooms were spacious and comfortable while still keeping some of the original design from the 1600's. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

The property is non-smoking and is set 12 km from Church of Saint Cajetan. We had two huge rooms with very nice furniture and there was even a community room and a big balcony. The host is very nice an caring! We stayed at the royal Phoenix Inn, which is directly in the area of Fountainhas (very beautiful). We could get filtered water any time.
