The room was clean and exactly as pictured. I felt comfortable there as a solo traveler. The location was peaceful and calm, but in easy walking distance to the city center. For breakfast, you get a voucher that you can use at a few different cafe options. I did not meet any staff in person, but the communication over WhatsApp was easy and they were very responsive!
