Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. Room was very clean, host was really helpful and friendly provided us with reccomendations in the area. Close to the train station but quiet. Would reccomend!

Cinque Terre is easily reachable and price is not that high.

Spotless cleaning and a big room and bathroom. Parking was also available. Everything was as promised and better.

Well-furnished apartment, spacious and tidy room, well-equipped with AC, bottle of water in the fridge, coffee machine, tea and snacks. The owner Stefania was responsive, helpful and attentive. She filled up everything during your stay daily. We stayed for 2 nights in June 2025. Just 10 mins walking distance from La Spezia Centrale train station. Great value of money!

Sunrise Rooms asub La Spezias, 700 meetri kaugusel Castello San Giorgiost, 29 km kaugusel Carrara konverentsikeskusest ja 1,3 km kaugusel Tehnilisest Meremuuseumist. Wonderful property, beautifully designed, heating system worked really well, great position if you are getting a train and also close to restaurant and the centre. Very welcoming and comfortable, highly recommended.

Linnavaatega Affittacamere Saint Bon 15 - 5 Terre Rooms and Suites asub La Spezias, 700 meetri kaugusel Castello San Giorgiost ja 29 km kaugusel Carrara konverentsikeskusest. The host was excellent and very helpful which was greatly appreciated after an atrocious experience at a nearby affittacamere. Everything was very easy and we managed to book and enter within the space of 30 minutes; which was a lifesaver when trucking around bags with an easily bored four year old. The room was much larger than I was expecting, and my daughter was ecstatic to get her first experience of a bunk bed when we discovered there was this option (she could have slept on the normal bed provided... but it's a bunk bed!). I would 100% recommend this place to friends and family.
