All rooms offer free wired internet and an LCD TV with pay-per-view channels. The location was perfect. An easy 7 minute walk from the train station, right outside the old city, and down the block from the botanical gardens. The staff was helpful with things to see and do, restaurants etc. the breakfast was fantastic.

The units in the homestay are equipped with a flat-screen TV. All units have a kettle, a private bathroom and free WiFi, while some rooms here will provide you with a balcony and some have city views. At the homestay, all units come with bed linen and towels. Among the facilities at this property are a lift and an ATM, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Guests can enjoy city views. Modern and new interior rooms with the perfect location. Everything within 5 min or less of walking. The communication was excellent and friendly and they even let us check-in early and check-out a little later. All around excellent! We would definitely stay here for next time in Oristano!

But not noisy, which is great! The rooms were serviced and cleaned daily - a real bonus! Facilities are modern and the room was spacious. Self check-in was easy and the hosts were easily contactable via WhatsApp.
