The lady that greeted us at the reception is so polite and welcoming. While we were checking in, she offered us a drink and also provided a map and explained all the main attractions. The rooms are nice and clean and was just enough for us to have a place where to sleep and shower. There were some toiletries provided as well. There was a selection of breakfast which you choose from. We had to checkout early to catch our morning flight, and we spoke with the lady the night before, so she offered us to book a taxi. Also, it was to our surprise that at 6am when we were waiting for taxi, she brought us a bag containing our breakfast! All the best recommendations to this place!

I thought that this was just another guesthouse but the design and the quality of the stay was excellent. Arrived earlier than expected and I already got the room ready for use. Room was spacious, clean and really aesthetically pleasing. The location was central and personally for me, quiet which was helpful for me to read and do my reflection. There was food around the area so you don’t have to fret. Breakfast was also provided and the team checks in with you every evening on what you like to have. Having transferred from another luxury hotel, the experience at Baan Pila is comparable and perhaps even more personalised. Free bike was super helpful for me to travel around (even cycling to the gym which was not too far away). I was amazed by the quality of the amenities (shampoo and handwash) that I bought the original brand when I returned to Vientiane. I would recommend anyone to consider staying with the team.

I broke my right foot my first day, and the people here are some of the nicest people I've ever met. The worry, fear, and pain I experienced at first, gave way to the knowledge that I could not be in a better place to heal. The staff here are wonderful and kind people., The place is beautiful; to me, it's in the country, and yet a short ride to the centre. Everything I could want in a room is here, and easy to navigate. The room is beautiful, and I like the wood. The bed is as comfortable as I could hope for, and the room is spotlessly clean. I will be back again. From the balcony I have a good view of the Mekong River. I give this place an 11

The hosts are wonderful - they live on site, and make sure you have everything you. Loved the family style breakfast served anytime between 7:30 - 10:30; its great for meeting new people, and spending time getting to know the hosts. I also had the BEST shower to date in Southeast Asia, and the room is comfortable and quiet making sleep easy. You’re slightly outside of the main strip of Luang Prabang, but the bikes on-site are nicer than most rentals and make it easy and convenient to get around. Being slightly outside of the main drag also ensures you’ll explore other parts of the city.

Velkym plusem tohoto ubytovani je predevsim vecne usmivajici se personal v cele s hlavni recepcni, ktera je vam se vsim napomocna. Chtela bych ji touto cestou podekovat za veskerou milou peci, diky niz byl nas pobyt s manzelem uzasny. 😃
