Free water refills. Great location. The room itself was big, clean, comfortable. Great wifi. Hot water, cold AC. If this property is showing availability, please don't delay in making a booking!

We had very nice stay, the location is great, comfortable beds, big shower with hot water, good breakfast menu to choose from. Lisa was an amazing host, she helped us organize day trips and transfers and gave some recommendations for foods and places to visit.

The hosts are wonderful - they live on site, and make sure you have everything you. Loved the family style breakfast served anytime between 7:30 - 10:30; its great for meeting new people, and spending time getting to know the hosts. I also had the BEST shower to date in Southeast Asia, and the room is comfortable and quiet making sleep easy. You’re slightly outside of the main strip of Luang Prabang, but the bikes on-site are nicer than most rentals and make it easy and convenient to get around. Being slightly outside of the main drag also ensures you’ll explore other parts of the city.

They had 4 different options on the breakfast menu. and the room had a great river view. They provide free shuttle service to the city center both morning and night which is very helpful. They also helped us to book train tickets at much reasonable rates as compared to other online travel agents. They helped us with the rental bike services. They are very approachable. As a whole we didn't have to worry about anything until we were at Luang prabang with them. PS: They are very prompt in responding to queries via email as well. I didn't find that in the other hotels I stayed in Laos.
