Sigiri Lion Lodge asub Sigiriyas, 4,6 km kaugusel Pidurangala kaljult ja 600 meetri kaugusel Sigiriya looduskaitsealast. Konditsioneeriga majutusasutus on Sigiriya kaljult 1,8 km kaugusel. Eventhough this property is listed in the (2021) lonely planet, it or its owner havent lost any of their charm. Flawless place with clean rooms, a decent breakfast and a superb host. Both rocks can be reached by foot and there are plenty of food optins in the area. We would come again for sure.

There was air conditioning in the room which was so needed in the humid jungle! The husband and wife running the home stay have excellent English. They are so kind and helpful. We had an issue with the fan in the room and it was fixed within minutes! We had an incredible spread for breakfast and didn’t need to eat again until the evening.

Sigiriya Sun Shine Villa on Sigiriyas asuv toiduvalmistamise võimalusega majutusasutus. Avalikes kohtades saab tasuta WiFi-ühendust kasutada. Konditsioneeriga villas on võimalik mugavalt peatuda. The staff was very friendly and made us feel extremely comfortable. If u have kids the pool is definitely an added bonus.

The family was very friendly and they helped us with everything. The room was very clean and it is very comfortable. They have a pool to relax after a long hike and the breakfast is very complete and delicious! I recommend them without hesitation

Aia ja konditsioneeriga Jungle Eco Lodge & Safari asub Sigiriyas, 3,2 km kaugusel Sigiriya kaljult ja 6,3 km kaugusel Pidurangala kaljult. This stay was a dream this is a real homestay. The stay was above and beyond of our expectations. First of all Kumari and all her family recives us with open arms. Secondly the room is confy and tidy with ac and all the features. I reccomend you to sit and relax on the outside terrace and breathe a real srylanka lifestayle and enjoy the wildlife. Thirdly I really recoomend let Kumari prepare some food. I’m a celiac and she helped and gave us all the advice we needed. She gave us the best breakfast and dinner we have triyed in sry lanka by far. Evething was delicius with miticolously care. Also, she offer us a Safari wich was fantastic and even they pic us from the homestay. We saw lot of elephants. Do not think it twice, this is the best option around Sigiriya and Lion Rock.

From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and comfortable. The gardens are absolutely gorgeous and due to the heavy rain when we visited we spent a lot of time drinking tea and sitting on the covered porch. The hosts were very attentive and available but not over bearing. They gave us tuk tuk rides at a good price to pidurangala rock and Sigiriya rock. The room was spotless and so comfortable. We’ve been in Sri Lanka now for 2 weeks and this was our favourite accommodation.

Yashi's Place Sigiriya asub Sigiriya kaljult 1,4 km ja Pidurangala kaljult 4,5 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on istumisnurk. Majutusasutusel on terrass ja tasuta eraparkla. Harsha and his family are super friendly hosts. He lives with his wife, mother and very cute children in a beautiful spot, very close to the main street, but far away enough from the road to be very quiet and calming. They started their homestay around 8 months ago, which means everything is still very new. The room is nice, clean and the huge bed is especially comfortabele. Harsha is still also a farmer and runs a plantation around his house filled with numerous crops. The homestay is in the middle of his impressive and very beautiful garden. We got a very nice (and affordable) cooking class from him and his friendly wife. We started by gathering the ingrediënts from the garden and Harsha can tell you a lot about them from his expertise. We ended up making delicious Sri Lankan food and learnt a lot about Sri Lankan cuisine. With all 10s in his reviews we hope to bring him and his family good fortune in the future.

Mäevaatega Pidurangala View Treehouse asub Pidurangala kaljult umbes 1,6 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on aed ja rõdu. Terrassiga majutusasutuses on tasuta eraparkla ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. I loved sleeping in a forest-like environment. I really missed it, and this treehouse was a lovely stay in that regard. The noise/sounds/music from the forest at night is the best. We really enjoyed everything: the treehouse, the view on the rock, the Loris tour at night, the breakfasts/lunches/dinners, and the simple but clean facilities, the safari... Make sure to discuss with the host about the different activities you can do around the rock (time, price, etc.). The host will help you out the best that he can, including dropping you at 5am at the bottom of the rock if necessary! Very kind family, business encouraged, I would come back there 100%.
