This place was a true haven in the most amazing location - close to the tourist hub, but in a calm and quiet place where you can't hear any of the noise. We could sit out in our balcony/bathroom area and watch sunbirds flying about in the flowers and peer down into the laneways behind. Our room was beautifully decorated with amazing vintage movie posters. Our host Winnie was kind, generous and responsive to messages. We loved entering the building through the plants, walking through the gorgeous cafe and up the stairs to our room. A perfect little romantic getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights here and hope to come back.

Steven is one of the friendliest hosts, he made sure we had everything and went out of his way to make our 4-day stay comfortable. Getting picked up and dropped off at the Melaka bus station was the icing on the cake :). The property is very comfortable and is conveniently located to the historic part of the city, it is in a quiet neighborhood close to everything.

The room is very clean and homely decorated. The owner is kind and helpful. She allowed me to check in before the regular check in hour. There are grocery store, restaurants, fruit stand, and laundry facility (using coin) within 10 minutes walking. There is a small communal kitchen on the first floor equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, water filter, and some utensils. That is very convenient.

Ms Tueh was very fast on our request. Respond fast. All rooms were cleaned and well managed, with even the Qiblat direction was shown at the ceiling, direction for us to pray, tq so much. 4 cars (normal car) can easily park inside. Location wise, easy to find the address, it is near halal restaurant and Mydin too. Will sure to come again :)
