Staff were incredibly friendly too!

The location is superior, can see the shinny blue lake inside the room. Very large beds, convenient facilities with fridge，cups, glasses, spoons, nearly everything I need. Very easy to park, nice house，good value for money.

The location was fantastic. We were able to walk to vineyards (and back again). The accommodation was lovely and warm with a beautiful outlook. We particularly enjoyed the deck area down the driveway for enjoying the sunset over the crown range. We would definitely recommend.

We were here for my wife's birthday and the owner gave us a surprise gift It was really amazing to see it.. if we are again in Dunedin we will definitely stay here.. must recommend this accommodation .Value for money too.
