The boat shed cabin was cosy. We all loved the gardens and the outdoor kitchen and dining area. The boys loved the stream and watching the eels. 2 days and we didn't want to leave.

Cozy Glamping Cabins está en Motueka, a pocos pasos de Motueka Saltwater Baths y a 45 km de Catedral de Nelson. Ofrece alojamiento con jardín y parking privado gratis. Really cosy room and comfy bed. As the name describes it (glamping), the room is very small but the bed is comfy and the linen was really nice. The description lists the accommodation as a shared bathroom but I had it all to myself (along with kitchenette and laundry) which was certainly nice for this solo traveller! I later learnt that for the moment, the individuals or group who have booked have exclusive use of the bathroom which you’re not sharing it with strangers (there are two other glamping cabins). Everything was immaculately clean. The accommodation is on the edge of town but I liked the location as it’s closer to the coast and a swimming spot. Communication with the owner was fab, she even suggested a few dinner spots which was thoughtful.

We had an excellent two-night stay at Hillview, in a very comfy room complete with a lovely outlook. Breakfast was a real bonus along with expresso coffee. The convivial chat and banter with other guests was delightful but we had our own privacy as well. Excellent value for money in desirable Richmond. Five stars: would highly recommend.

Kea Ridge King Ensuite Room se encuentra en Riwaka, en la región de Tasman, y tiene balcón y vistas al mar. Everything! The location is a little remote and the driveway is a steep gravelroad with some sheep waiting or you from time to time, but it's absolutely worth the climb! The views are breathtaking! The jaccuzi on the terrace with a view down to Able Tasman NP is the best way to close a day. The shared kitchen and living area is huuuuuge with even a pool table included. There are also a washing maschine and a dryer you could use. And last but not least, the hosts are really lovely people you'd like to meet! This was our best stay in 3 weeks on the South Island. We'd definitely book again!

Appleby House & Rabbit Island Huts está en Mapua, a 22 km de Catedral de Nelson, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, salón de uso común y terraza. the communal kitchen and milk bread spreads butter tea coffee was a big bonus starting with breakfast is a must and usually it's the one meal that we miss while on holiday but with it available it was like being at home fantastic plus outdoor shower and bath oh my gosh we want more we have made this our #1 get away spot if we need a few days to relax well done hosts.
