Near Central Hamilton, very quiet, beautiful gardens around the house, private and modern. It had everything we needed.

Brenda and Syd were very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Kaimai Sunset Bed and Breakfast to anyone travelling in the area.
