John the owner he’s not doing that “host” act. He’s just a solid guy who actually shows up for his guests. No delays, no excuses, no attitude. You need something? It’s done. You’ve got questions? He answers them before you even ask. No ego, no weird vibe just pure respect and presence. It’s rare as hell. Even the scooter rental is on point brand new, rides clean, price is fair. Not one of those beat-up bikes everyone else tries to pass off as “ok.” This isn’t just a place to sleep. It’s run properly. It feels good. You can tell someone gives a shit about the details and that alone makes it better than half the so-called “top-rated” places out there. Stay here. That’s it.

At the homestay, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. Our stay at Mantaray really exceeded expectations. The place is a combination of a boutique hotel and an "airbnb". The room was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. The house is one of the most beautiful houses I've seen and is right on the beach. We saw the most amazing sunrises. Joseph, Elvira and Lala the hosts quickly became like family. They made sure our stay was smooth and helped so much with optimizing our planning. If you're checking this place - don't hesitate to book, no way you'll regret it.

This was one of the most special places we’ve stayed at! The location is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the jungle and the ocean. You can really see the attention to detail in everything, from the design of the rooms to the little thoughtful touches that make the stay extra comfortable. The owners are so warm and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. And the restaurant—just wow! Incredible food in the most beautiful setting. We’ll definitely be back!

Just a shame because when i stayed the whole island had a power outage. But still they do everything to help us around. probably i back for sure
