Villa Edo is located in Gammarth, which is a touristic destination in Tunis. It is a nice, safe street with similar hotels and private houses. The hotel is very close to the sea (and has a gorgeous view!), you can walk to the beach and enjoy your day swimming! It is very nicely designed and very clean. The staff working there is always cheerful and helpful. Anne, the owner of the hotel, is the most lovely person ever. She is extremely helpful with any questions one might have, has great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. If I happen to come back to Tunis, I will stay at Villa Edo!

The sliding glass doors overlooking the veranda that looked out directly to the sea was breathtaking. The bed was AMAZING and oh so comfortable. The linens were clean and comfortable. Truly, had the best night sleep. And the daily breakfast was very nice too. The staff is friendly and always available to help you. I like that the hotel is small and quiet but within 10 minutes (by foot) you are in the heart of La Marsa with plenty of cafes and restaurants and shops.

The hosts were absolutely charming and helped us greatly finding points of interests and places to go to. The rooms were clean and as expected. The garden and patio were absolutely lovely! Expect adorable cats and tortoise accompanying your meals and looking absolutely adorable

I loved how safe the place feels, The عمو and Auntie (host and hostess) were very warm and welcoming. New bed sheets, the ability to wash your clothes, the hot water in the shower, the huge garden.. etc all made the stay very cozy and beautiful.

Everything was great, place, breakfast/dinners, atmosphere, hosts. Thanks to Dar Douads recommendation we used BOLT app to have fast, traceable and cheap taxi rides all over the city. Strongly recommend to use it’s service from airport which will cost around 20 dinars, not more. There is a great shop nearby to buy really nice honey, nuts, olive oil, etc… check the name of the shop with hosts

We had a lovely stay here and the experience felt a lot like a mix between a hotel and a bed and breakfast. In fact, it really felt like we were simply staying in a lovely house and that we lived there always. It's a beautiful house and we had a wonderful room. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The concierge/manager Arij was so lovely and she and her team went above and beyond one night to make us a really special dinner experience in the house. Contacting her for anything we needed was easy and quick and she really cared about making our stay the best it could be.
